October 7th was Dr. Biton’s first day on the Psychiatric faculty at Soroka. While deeply concerned for her besieged family in Kibbutz Erez, she treated countless victims of terror, including returned hostages, with courage and compassion. With innovative approaches and unwavering commitment, Dr. Biton is transforming mental health care in Israel.
